OAIRE / HCMRA Privacy Policy

OAIRE operates the HCMRA alarm-system text alert service for a small group of authorized recipients. This policy explains how information used for those alerts is handled.

Information used

To provide alerts, the service may use a recipient's name, mobile phone number, consent record, and alarm-related information such as the event type, time, and affected system component. Service logs may also record whether a message was accepted or failed.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the HCMRA alarm system and to send requested operational and safety alerts. OAIRE does not use this information for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers and carriers

OAIRE uses messaging providers and mobile carriers, including Twilio, solely to transmit text messages and operate the alert service. These providers receive only the information needed to deliver or support a message, such as the destination phone number and message content.

Retention and security

Consent records, contact details, and operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, document consent, resolve problems, and meet applicable requirements. Access is limited to the system owner and authorized administrators. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may reply STOP to stop SMS alerts at any time. Reply HELP for help. To correct or remove a phone number or consent record, contact the system owner responsible for your HCMRA access.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the alert service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted at this page.
