OAIRE / HCMRA SMS Terms of Service

These Terms govern the HCMRA alarm-system text alert service operated by OAIRE. The service is used only for authorized alarm-system recipients and sends operational, safety, and system-status notifications. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Program description

Messages may include intrusion, smoke, carbon-monoxide, water, temperature, humidity, battery, camera, service-startup, and alarm-state alerts generated by the HCMRA system.

Consent and enrollment

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting in on the SMS Alert Consent Form, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from OAIRE / HCMRA at that number. Consent is specific to the person who provides it and is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP to a message for help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel future text messages from this program. After opting out, you will no longer receive HCMRA SMS alerts unless you provide new consent to opt in again.

Delivery

Text-message delivery depends on mobile carriers, network availability, power, and third-party messaging services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS alerts are a convenience and should not be the only safety or emergency response measure.

Recipient responsibilities

Keep your phone number current and secure. If you change or lose access to your number, notify the system owner and opt out of the old number. Do not rely on a text alert in place of calling emergency services when emergency help is needed.

Changes

These Terms may be updated when the alert service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted at this page.
